We always thought that we had the best team in NI, and now we have the award to prove it! Young Enterprise NI has been awarded the prestigious Team of the Year (Small Business) at the recent Irish News Workplace & Employment Awards! This recognition is a tremendous honour for our entire team, and a testament to the collaborative dedication they bring to empowering young people across Northern Ireland. 

Being shortlisted for this award was a significant achievement. but winning the award really shows the effort put in by everyone at YE. It highlighted the nature of our team and the expertise we bring to inspiring young minds and fostering their entrepreneurial spirit of NI. It underlines the resilience of the team who, faced with funding cuts, fought each challenges head on, and provided invaluable experiences for young people across the country. 

At Young Enterprise NI, we are passionate about equipping young people with the skills and confidence they need to succeed in the ever-evolving business world. This award is a celebration of our team’s unwavering commitment to supporting young people on their entrepreneurial journeys. It motivates us to continue to empower the next generation of business leaders in Northern Ireland.
